Governor Pat Quinn

Lt. Governor Pat Quinn has formed the Illinois Reform Commission, headed by former assistant U.S. Attorney Patrick Collins. Members of the Reform Commission will be announced in the near future.

U.S. Attorney Patrick Collins

Announcement of the Illinois Reform Commission, headed by former assistant U.S. Attorney Patrick Collins, has been created through an Executive Order signed by Lt. Governor Pat Quinn. This independent advisory group will examine government practices and ethics. Upon conclusion, the Illinois Reform Commission will make recommendations for cleaning up state government.
